. The position is full‑time nights (7P–7A) with rotating weekends.

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient‑centered care in accordance with the scope of practice for the RN.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s); document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Teach patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects; translate complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.
• Manage evidence‑based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives to meet and exceed quality measures and enhance the exceptional care provided to patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan that promotes and supports recovery.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with associate degree or BSN required, with 12 months enrollment and 24 month completion (Magnet Facility).
• Minimum of 1 year critical care or ICU experience.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
