We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon! If you thrive in a fast-paced, beauty focused environment and love making people feel special, this is the place for you! You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience- from the first phone call to checking out with a smile.
Responsibilities include booking appointments, managing the schedule, handling guest check-ins/outs, and supporting our lash artists so they can do what they do best. We offer a positive team culture, performance based bonuses and plenty of room to grow! Hourly rate is based on experience, with opportunities to earn more through performance incentives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
Book appointments in person or by phone
Increase membership sales and retail sales
Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum 3-5 years Retail Sales Experience (bonus points if it's in the beauty or wellness industry!)
Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels
Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Can work weekends and evenings
Experience with Mind Body Software is a plus!
