• Supervise a specific store area and support the Store Manager on duty.
• Open and close the store, supervise associates, maintain a friendly shopping environment, and execute company operational processes.

Maintaining Safe & Secure Environments

• Practice safe behaviors and correct unsafe conditions on the sales floor.
• Secure the building, maintain EAS device checks, and protect the cash office.
• Ensure clear egress to emergency exits and respond to alarm events.

Customer Service

• Treat customers and associates with respect and professionalism.
• Recognize associates using company recognition programs.

Personal and Store Brand

• Represent and support the company brand at all times.
• Maintain a clean, well‑maintained, and merchandised store environment.
• Perform daily trash removal and keep all areas in compliance with dress code.

General Merchandising

• Execute recovery, sizing, and markdowns to company standards.
• Process all merchandise promptly and maintain stockroom organization.
• Assist with floor presentation and promotional signing.

Loss Prevention

• Maintain a high level of loss prevention awareness and customer engagement.
• Safeguard confidential information and merchandise.
• Conduct “Code 50” package inspections and execute best practices.

Front End Supervision and Operations

• Train and coach associates on front‑end processes.
• Control retail associate break schedules and ensure equipment functions.
• Maintain proper supplies, recovery, and go‑back compliance.

Fitting Rooms

• Maintain the cleanliness and compliance of fitting rooms.
• Audit garment tags and ensure go‑back compliance.

Administrative Duties

• Conduct cash pulls, bank deposits, and front‑end control as needed.
• Administer payroll and associate scheduling compliance.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale equipment and applications.
• Basic mathematical calculations used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Stand, walk, and move around the store 100% of working time.
• Regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
• Occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 lbs.
• Use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders, and other supplies.
• Stockroom shift employees may lift more than 20 lbs.
