The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hungry, high-energy Business Development Representative to join our team on-site and take full advantage of one of the largest databases in the industry (120,000+ loan officers).

This is not a role for someone who wants to coast. This is for someone who wants to build a six-figure sales career, grow fast, and become a cornerstone of a scaling sales team.

What You’ll Do
  • Make 100+ outbound calls and SMS texts per day
  • Build strong relationships with loan officers in our database
  • Activate new accounts and re-engage inactive ones
  • Retain and grow existing referral partnerships
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit, high-performance sales team
  • Use tools like Zoho, Salesforce, Go High Level, and dialers to track and optimize your outreach

Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume sales environment (call center, inside sales, etc.)
  • Strong communicator who thrives on relationship-building
  • Highly coachable, self‑motivated, and ready to scale
  • Tech‑savvy with CRMs, dialers, and communication platforms
  • Bonus:
    Experience in mortgage, solar, or home services
