Berkeys is seeking a full‑time or part‑time Lead Setter for our Prosper location. Monthly travel to our Southlake office is required for department meetings; on‑site orientation will be held at Southlake, and your own transportation is strongly encouraged. 2 weekdays and weekends required.

Starting at $20/hr plus commission/bonuses (top earners $25‑30/hr).

As a Lead Setter, you will be an integral part of one of the fastest‑growing home service companies in North Dallas. You will engage customers at partner locations, answer questions about our products and services, and schedule appointments for estimates.

• Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to learn about our products and services.
• Walk throughout the stores, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits of various products and services while soliciting customers’ information on their needs.
• Schedule an appointment for a Sales Consultant to visit the customer’s home to provide estimates.
• Build rapport and relationships with the store’s leadership team.
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.

• Prior retail experience highly desired but not required.
• Required to be standing, walking, or sitting for 4‑8 hours at a time.
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and self‑motivated.
• A+ communication and customer‑service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to use a smartphone to utilize email and text.
• No HVAC or water treatment experience required.
