About the Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic, self‑motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll represent our brand in‑store, helping customers find the right connectivity solutions while delivering an outstanding experience.

• Engage Customers:
  Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best internet, mobile, and TV services
• Sell Products:
  Use your product knowledge to close sales and meet or exceed targets

  Help customers with billing, service, and technical issues

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of retail sales experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and comfort with sales software
• Reliable transportation (if required), valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to work weekends and stand for long periods

• Goal‑oriented with a passion for hitting sales targets
• Knowledge of telecom or tech products
• Comfortable using CRM and POS systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑first attitude
