With our rapid growth, we are looking for a select few to mentor and bring into our Results Family to teach a leading skill set and knowledge to those who would like to create a successful career in roofing and construction sales industry.

Business development Sales mentorship includes:

• One on one coaching with assigned team leader, learning the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry.
• Multiple team building destination trips, used to grow as a team and individually.
• In-house production and media crew to build the foundation of your brand.
• Social media coaching and guidance.
• Relationship cultivation with the top industry leaders in the area.

• No Sales experience necessary willing to train
• Coachable and unwillingness to settle for mediocrity.
• Self-Motivated & stand alone
• Organized and task oriented
• Honest and has a high level of integrity
• Be a problem solver not a problem starter
• Personable & comfortable initiating conversation with new people
• Team player with tremendous work ethic
