Assistant Home Service Technician

Tru Blue of Frisco, Prosper, & Celina is hiring for a full-time Assistant Home Service Technician (Handyman/Handywoman/Contractor) to serve the areas of Frisco, Prosper, and Celina.

We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Assistant Home Service Technician to join our team and help our customers live better ’ll work alongside Lead Technicians on various repair, maintenance, and improvement projects, learning new skills and assisting wherever needed.

• Assist with repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks such as:
• Minor carpentry (doors, trim, framing)
• Drywall repair and painting
• Basic plumbing (toilet installs, faucet replacement, leak fixes)
• Basic electrical (switch/outlet replacement, light fixture installs)
• Tile, flooring, and other general repairs

• Arrive on time, in uniform, and carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
• Support safety upgrades and general home care needs
• Prepare work areas and clean up after jobs
• Follow instructions and work safely
• Provide professional customer service on-site
• Support other Technicians as needed
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and time

• Passionate about customer service
• Some hands-on repair experience with basic tools
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Punctual, dependable, team-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Owns or is acquiring basic tools (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
