This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the stores meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Responsibilities:

Complete assigned work and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs following policies, safety standards, and codes.

Obtain materials, supplies, equipment, and tools from the warehouse, track inventory, and notify management for re-orders.

Accurately complete documentation and paperwork for service requests and scheduled maintenance.

Support cost control by repairing parts when possible and practicing efficient use of materials and tools.

Inspect work done by contractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

Conduct routine store inspections to identify safety concerns, maintain store repairs, and communicate needs to management.

Perform repairs such as fixing locks, filling wall gaps, painting, replacing lights, addressing water leaks, cleaning grease traps, resetting safes, and electrical issues.

Install equipment and appliances, and troubleshoot systems.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and certifications in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
All required certifications by state and local jurisdictions.
