Base pay range: $41,000.00/yr - $46,000.00/yr.

A full‑time position is available for a Leasing/Management Assistant reporting to the Property Manager in Providence. This individual will be the first point of contact for all site management staff and residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, communication, and marketing skills.
Responsibilities- Provides superior customer service to residents by assisting them with site services such as parking assignments, move‑ins, and maintenance requests.
- Assists with telephone reception, initiating work orders, filing, correspondence, and renting activities.
- Handles resident complaints and follows up with maintenance staff to ensure completion.
- Maintains resident files, lists, and other resident‑related data.
- Collects and processes rent checks and prepares rent receivables reports.
- Prepares memos, letters, reports, and other documents.
- Completes guest cards and schedules services and inspections for buildings and apartments.
- Orders office supplies, maintains postage machines, and arranges office equipment repairs.
- Works with staff to maintain a professional office appearance and environment.
- Assists with processing rental applications and facilitates resident activities and parties.
- Excellent resident relations, customer service, and telephone skills.
- General office skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on simultaneous tasks calmly and effectively.
- Interest and ability to interact with other people effectively.
- Interest and ability to learn.
- Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Business English and letter format.
- Prior work experience in an office environment.
- Ability to cover the Management Office in the Property Manager’s absence.
- Strong knowledge of computer applications such as Word and Excel.
- Ability to organize priorities effectively and maintain excellent attention to detail.
- Multi‑tasking essential.
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
