• Directly plan, develop, and present training programs for Claims staff and management
• Provide coaching and support to enhance employee performance and meet claims objectives
• Conduct assessments of employee skills and recommend developmental action plans
• Develop and implement training initiatives for both classroom and one-on-one settings
• Maintain ongoing communication between training departments and operational units

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-6 years of experience in claims handling and/or corporate training
• Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Moderate analytical and quantitative skills
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles record

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Access
• Familiarity with claims and negotiation techniques, technology, and customer relations management
