• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to create standardized workflows across the organization
• Redesign and implement best-in-class business processes, workflows, and data standards
• Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference
• Configure agency management systems and design reporting outputs
• Lead training efforts for new processes and procedures

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to improve process efficiency, quality, and effectiveness
• Team player with the ability to work across cross-functional teams

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
