Product
Manager to support the development, launch, and optimization of our Rebate forecast engine and formulary tuner product suite. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for improving healthcare solutions. Product team members are collectively obsessed with the client and end user’s needs, designing, and adjusting features to anticipate those needs through continual refinement of the product roadmap.
You'll work closely with the Senior Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure our products meet client expectations and deliver measurable value. This includes supporting go‑to‑market efforts, refining and launching product features, program monitoring, and driving performance through data insights.
- Take ownership of key product roadmap items by defining strategies or features, conducting feasibility studies and business cases, outlining next steps, executing plans, and ensuring that they are delivering value to our clients and the enterprise.
- Ensure milestones are met through effective project management and coordination across work streams, identifying and communicating dependencies and risks.
- Monitor program performance rigorously, proactively resolving issues to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.
- Complete analyses and use data to inform decisions; present recommendations to leaders in efforts to develop products and solutions which will have a profound impact on the strategic direction of the company.
- Create and manage documentation on product operations, outcomes, and financials.
- Partner with stakeholders and multiple teams across the enterprise to ensure stakeholder satisfaction, operational effectiveness and program financial goals are achieved.
- Develop presentations and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Become a subject matter expert for Rebate forecast engine and formulary tuner.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to turn data into actionable insights and compelling presentations.
- Highly collaborative, with experience working across operations, data science and data engineering, finance, marketing, and sales.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to identify, analyze and solve practical problems; adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated team player, able to develop cross‑functional relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Must be results‑oriented; possess the ability to set the right expectations based upon the timelines and workload of cross‑functional stakeholders; drive the project and keep others on task to meet goals.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can work independently with minimal guidance.
- five or more years of experience in product development, product management, strategy & operations, or consulting required.
- Prior healthcare industry experience.
- Hands on technical experience such as SQL, Python, Databricks, Rally, Jira, Miro, Figma.
- Experience with product lifecycle, developing business cases and testing new initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Superior problem‑solving skills.
- High level of independent judgment and initiative required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Master's degree preferred.
