The position of Estimator and Inside Sales will provide materials takeoffs, develop quotes and will assist with the management of ongoing / upcoming construction projects in the New England area. This position is based out of Rumford, RI location.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct material takeoff from engineered plans and prepare quotations
• Communicate with Sales associates pre-bid to coordinate estimating gameplan
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure that pricing data is received in a timely manner
• Gather required data for quote preparation
• Work with Sales team to maintain job win/loss record
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects—tracking milestones, coordinating submittals, and managing changes or updates with contractors and project managers
• Collaborate with operations manager and account managers to align inventory, delivery schedules, and jobsite needs
• Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes and project opportunities to help drive sales pipeline
• Maintain organized project files and status updates in CRM/ERP systems (Hub Spot, DDI, or similar), supporting visibility and accountability across the team
• Other related duties as required by Management
