About the Position:- Innovative FQHC with eight primary care clinics and 100 Clinicians
- All clinics are Patient-Centered Medical Homes
- Fully integrated EMR
- Full or part-time with a regular weekday schedule. No weekends
- Care for patients of all ages
- No regular panel management responsibilities
- Serving a diverse patient population
- Base salary plus incentives
