• Practice is weekday outpatient primary care – Full‑time: 4 days in clinic plus 1 day remote admin;
  Part‑time: 3 days in clinic.
• Collaborate with a terrific team of physicians from all specialties, including integrated behavioral health clinicians.
• At PCHC, the Team Care Model has the clinician leading their team – a medical assistant and a shared RN.

Qualifications:

Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Pediatrics; interest in community health and patient‑centered care; licensed/eligible in Rhode Island.
