Responsibilities
- Provide medication management as well as therapy
- Collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
Compensation
- Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
- Sign-on bonus
- Cash productivity bonus
- Compensation range of $288,000-$432,000, compensation model based on productivity
- Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)

Qualifications
- Fully licensed in one or more US states
- BE/BC
- Unencumbered DEA
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
