The Career Planning Specialist is a full‑time role that requires two late nights per week and Saturday availability. The pay range is $28.84 per hour.

• Recruit qualified students for the cosmetology program in Providence, RI.
• Meet regularly with prospective students.
• Conduct student interviews.
• Review enrollment requirements.
• Conduct school tours.
• Present career opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout their cosmetology education.

• Associate's degree or Career School diploma.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Motivated and goal‑oriented individual with a passion for guiding future professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, goal‑oriented environment requiring multi‑tasking.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in community outreach and recruitment activities.
• Implementing policies and regulations consistent with the highest ethical standards.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in service sales, education enrollment, etc., a plus.
