- Reviews and evaluates transfer applications, including academic transcripts and supporting materials to render admission decisions.
- Serves as the primary resource for prospective transfer students, delivering personalized advising on admissions requirements, transfer credit evaluation, academic pathways and the enrollment process.
- Represents the university at transfer fairs, on and off campus recruitment events, and virtual programming.
- Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with community colleges, four‑year institutions, academic advisors and community‑based organizations to support transfer recruitment and enrollment.
- Provides guidance on the transfer credit evaluation process in collaboration with other academic departments and university offices.
- Collaborates with the university marketing team to develop targeted messaging for prospective transfer students.
- Participates in related professional development organizations representing the university.
- Assists in the preparation and monitoring of the department budget.
- Supervises and manages student employees, as necessary, to enhance their academic and professional development.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Moderate experience working in transfer admissions, recruitment management or other related fields.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing or a related field of study.
- Experience with Slate CRM and the college transfer process.
Qualified candidates must live or relocate within a daily commuting distance of the Providence Campus location upon hire.
