Manage site and civil engineering projects from scoping through design, permitting, and construction support, overseeing technical work, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies; mentor staff; support business development; and maintain client relationships.
RequirementsThe role seeks a civil engineer with at least 8 years of relevant site/civil engineering experience, strong site design skills, and prior project management experience. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and Rhode Island PE license are preferred; experience with permitting and AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required, while HydroCAD is preferred.
