• Originate, process, and manage mortgage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with lending regulations.
• Provide expert advice on home loan options, guiding clients toward the most suitable financial solutions.
• Evaluate loan applications by verifying borrower income, assets, liabilities, employment, and credit history.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve title issues and ensure smooth loan closings.
• Maintain organized records in CRM systems for pipeline and lead management.
• Develop new business through networking, relationship-building, and outbound calls with referral partners such as real estate agents and financial advisors.
• Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

• Active and valid NMLS license (required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an outside loan originator.
• Proven ability to fund at least one loan per month through referral partnerships.
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
