Consolidations Manager — Hybrid / Providence, RI
A global organization in the professional services sector is seeking a Consolidations Manager to support financial close and reporting processes. This role involves managing multi‑entity consolidations, overseeing intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Base Pay Range$50.00/hr – $85.00/hr
Responsibilities- Manage the consolidation process for multiple entities, including adjustments and eliminations
- Oversee intercompany accounting and drive process improvements
- Prepare and review consolidation schedules and related reports
- Support external audits and quarterly reviews by providing documentation and analysis
- Assist with system enhancements and ad hoc projects related to financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and consolidations; prior public company or Big 4 experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle and SAP required); reporting tools such as Power BI a plus
