Key Responsibilities- Develop personalized financial plans that address client needs, including wealth management, retirement planning, risk management, and estate planning.
- Educate clients on financial solutions such as insurance, investments, and advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through regular communication and service.
- Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver comprehensive financial strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first mindset.
- Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to manage your own practice and time effectively.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and committed to continuous learning.
- Sales or client‑facing experience is a plus.
- Training, licensing and mentorship available.
