Job Responsibilities
As a Payroll Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Payroll Tax related Mail Sorting onsite and other administrative items.
- Helping with company registrations.
- Payroll Tax Notice research and resolution.
- Account Numbers research, clean-up and updates.
- State, Local, Unemployment and federal tax registrations.
- Adhoc items - as needed.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in SharePoint, ADP Smart Compliance.
- Experience in multi-tasking and strong analytical skills.
- 2+ years’ experience in US Payroll Tax.
- Associate’s degree
