Providence Community Health Centers Express Clinic with two locations ? the flagship clinic on Prairie Avenue and the new state-of-the-art clinic on Atwood Street in the Olneyville neighborhood ? is recruiting for an urgent care Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner.

PCHC is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Rhode Island, and our Express Clinic (urgent care) is open 7 days per week. PCHC also has eight neighborhood-based primary care clinics?all patient-centered medical homes? with 500+ employees. We have been serving the city of Providence for more than 55 years.

Full-time Express clinic positions typically offer three 12-hour days per week with weekend shifts every fourth week. Our Express clinic providers see patients of all ages.

Qualifications:

• Active RI license
