Rhode Island Medical Society is seeking a surgical PA to join an inpatient practice focused on OR assistance and comprehensive inpatient care at Kent Hospital (primarily) and Women & Infants Hospital in Rhode Island.
The role includes assisting in the OR, managing admissions, discharges, and daily rounds, with bedside procedures such as NG tube placement, wound VAC changes, and I&D of abscesses. Three 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends participate in 24/7 coverage.
