Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities include:

• Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain proper supervision over all aspects of operations up to but not limited to Front Office.
• Manage the reservation function to maintain the highest possible room occupancy and average daily rate through suggestive selling by associates.
• Ability to assist with various office tasks as needed.
• Train new hires.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year working at the hotel front desk
• Prefer experience working with Opera system
• Guest service and communication skills
• Prefer positive and encouraging leadership style
