Banquet Houseperson – Step Stone Hospitality

We are currently seeking a full‑time Banquet Houseperson to support our property’s events.

• Follow banquet event order (BEO) details.
• Deliver warm, enthusiastic, high‑quality service at all times.
• Maintain banquet area clean, organized, and safe.
• Clear, lock, and secure banquet rooms at the close of functions and end of day; store all equipment in designated area.
• Be present in room; greet guests upon arrival.
• Immediately relay guest compliments or complaints to management.
• Submit maintenance requests to engineering for broken or damaged equipment.
• Assist staff with room set‑ups, food service, and clean‑up when necessary.
• Maintain Step Stone and hotel standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through delivery of an exceptional product.

• Minimum lifting and pulling 75 lb.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Hearing, writing, typing skills.
• Stand for long periods.
• Working weekends required.
• Other duties may be assigned.
