Step Stone Hospitality invites applicants to join our team at Sheraton Galleria, Atlanta. The hotel is a beautifully renovated property located just minutes from Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves. With 278 rooms and 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, we offer a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for business and leisure travelers.

• Greet all guests according to Step Stone and hotel standards, anticipate and address guests’ needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Handle closing of guest transactions, close out register, and balance cash for the shift while keeping cash funds secured.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools, and cleaning all equipment and areas.
• Bus coffee cart areas and tables.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Check with guests to ensure service and food quality are satisfactory and meet Step Stone and hotel standards.
• Notify the manager immediately of any guest complaints.
• Practice and observe all safety rules and procedures.
• Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested.
• Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures.
• Use POS system accurately.

• One year of barista experience is a plus.
• Availability for flexible shifts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Excellent mathematical and computer skills.
• High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required.
• Ability to obtain any required licenses or certificates in a timely manner.
• CPR and first aid training preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred.
