Part time Van Driver​/St. Louis Airport

Overview

Escort incoming guests to rooms. Assist guests with luggage. Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions. Transport guests in hotel van within property requirements. Maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior of van. Maintain all mileage records on a daily basis. Report all trips to front desk; length of drive as well as length of time spent.

Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner. Other duties may be assigned.

• Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Hearing, writing, typing.
• Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
• Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Must have a knowledge of mathematical and computer skills.
• High school education and relevant training and experience preferred.
• Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates.
• CPR training required; first aid training preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred.
