The Broadmore Miami Beach is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated individual for the position of Housekeeper. The candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, strong proficiency in multi‑tasking, and a comprehensive knowledge of the English language. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

• Report to the Housekeeping Office at the beginning and end of each shift, handling keys appropriately.
• Clean and maintain assigned rooms and suites daily: bed stripping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, checking room lights, television, spot cleaning, and restocking supplies.
• Report any missing items, items in need of repair, and keep equipment in working order.
• Protect guest safety and well‑being; be courteous to all guests and co‑workers and keep doors closed for security.
• Process lost and found items through the Housekeeping Office immediately.
• Accurately report information and follow all safety training regarding proper lifting and mobility techniques.
• Comply with all Step Stone and hotel policies and procedures, attend required meetings, and adhere to hotel department protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum lifting capacity of 20 pounds, with required pulling capacity of 20 pounds.
• Proficient in hearing, writing, and reading.
• High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required.
• Additional language ability preferred.
