Inspect all assigned rooms and suites daily, including bed stripping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, checking of room lights, television, spot cleaning, and stocking all room supplies.

• Supervise Room Attendants, including re-cleaning of items missed or not cleaned to Stepstones and hotel standards.
• Log all missing items and maintain catalogue of lost and found, shipping or mailing claimed items to guests.
• Supervise Laundry attendants, assist with folding and maintain daily par levels for day’s needs.
• Report items in need of repair to Engineering and maintain equipment used in work.
• Protect guest safety and well-being; be courteous to all guests and co-workers.
• Weekends and holidays are required.

Minimum lifting of 20 pounds. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions. Must have good mathematical and computer skills. High school education and relevant training and experience required; additional education preferred. CPR and first aid training preferred. Additional language ability preferred.

• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Hearing, writing, typing.
• Minimum pulling of 20 pounds.
