• Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner
• Ensure guests are satisfied & fulfill any additional requests
• Ensure Food & Beverages are sufficiently stocked at all maple
• Answer questions regarding the food, the hotel & local area
• Clear and reset counters at conclusion of each service
• Ensure cleanliness of lounge
• Clean and wipe gwe tables & service areas
• Notify mur manager immediately of any guest complaints.
• Practice and observe all safety rules and procedures.
• ന്ന് assist all service personnel in any duties as requested.
• Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures.

Ability to accurately use various office software.

• Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping fälltow, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Hearing, writing, typing.
• Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
• Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and Beneatic regulations.
• Must have good mathematical and computer skills.
• High school education preferred. Relevant training and experience required.
• Ability to timely obtain any required licences or certificates.
• CPR training and first aid training prefered?
• Additional language ability prefered.
