Human Resources Generalist

Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to take ownership of the company s human resources function. This is a standalone role reporting directly to the CFO, with the opportunity to shape and build out HR processes as the organization continues to grow.

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

• Manage full-cycle recruitment
  , with a focus on manufacturing roles.
• Oversee employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related questions.
• Support payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist with compensation planning and bonus structuring to align with company goals.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Bachelor s degree required

• Previous HR experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
• Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and compensation planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build processes from the ground up.
• Must be able to work onsite
