Service Now Senior Consultant – IT and OT Asset Management

The OpportunityYou’ll lead Service Now Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role that gives you the chance to motivate and develop your team and establish new client relationships. In this role, you will identify and define user/customer requirements and focus on developing user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, as well as creating software components and services that interact seamlessly with upstream and downstream components.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
- Design and develop user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
- Travel as required to meet with clients and engage directly with stakeholders.
- Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore resources.
- Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now IT/OT Asset Management process implementations.
- Analyze a company’s IT/OT Asset Management people, process and technology capabilities and provide leading practice recommendations.
- Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.
- Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources.
- in waterfall and agile delivery models, supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs.
- Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Typically, no less than 2–4 years of relevant Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of two of the following Service Now certifications:
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
- 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills—communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability and organization.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
- A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response
- Performance analytics and reporting experience—certifications are a plus.
- Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

What We Offer You- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary ranges: $102,500–$187,900 in the U.S.; $122,900–$213,400 in the NY, Washington, and California markets (excluding Sacramento). Benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
