About the Role:
We are working on a CTO mandate for a large Business Group in Gurgaon. The CTO will be responsible for leading the entire IT & Technology function, establishing a robust roadmap, driving digital transformation, and enabling technology‑led growth across the group. This role requires deep expertise in IT operations, digital ecosystems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire IT & Technology function for the organization.
- Drive a future‑ready IT roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.
- Develop world‑class, cost‑optimized IT infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, DR & BCP frameworks, hardware systems, plant security, and access control management.
- Manage day‑to‑day IT operations across all business units and locations.
- Lead IT Capex & Opex planning with strong ROI focus across all technology spends.
- Play a key role in developing Digital, E‑commerce, and Mobile Tech platforms to support consumer segment growth.
- Own and develop the ERP system (Oracle), expand application usage across business processes, and integrate it with other systems.
- Strengthen IT & Technology as the backbone of the organization’s growth journey.
- Strong vendor & product evaluation expertise with a focus on IT architecture, tech stack, and seamless implementation.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom business solutions; strong in post‑implementation support, user training, and change management.
- Expertise in creating unified IT architectures covering Cloud, Mobility, Analytics, RPA, IoT, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, Project Management, SDLC, BPMS, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, RPA, IoT, Blockchain, and modern tech frameworks.
- Strong experience in end‑to‑end IT operations, infrastructure, governance, cybersecurity, and multi‑location user support.
- Expertise in partner/vendor management—evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, performance, and SLA governance.
- Experience in website development, redesign, mobile app creation, and digital interface development for consumer engagement.
