As a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney in our Providence office, your day begins with reviewing your calendar and preparing for scheduled hearings or depositions. Whether you're appearing before the Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Court or strategizing for an upcoming mediation, you're always balancing legal precision with client advocacy.

Collaboration is encouraged, whether you're consulting with colleagues on a complex claim or discussing legal updates and procedural best practices. Throughout the week, you manage your caseload independently, meet filing deadlines, and participate in negotiations—while maintaining the highest standards of ethical and efficient defense. And with our hybrid work flexibility (after an introductory period), you’ll have the ability to balance courtroom appearances with remote workdays tailored to your productivity.
