Responsibilities- Systematically and proactively update souvenir models at the direction of the Sales Director; transition to independent updates once fully trained on processes.
- Partner with store representatives to ensure accurate execution of model changes, including:
- Addition of new merchandise
- Disposition of discontinued SKUs
- Fixture placement and updates to planograms (POGs) as the souvenir department evolves
- Coordinate with mentor/manager team to ensure field reps have the guidance and support needed to execute changes effectively.
- Serve as a liaison between the Souvenir Manager and field team to communicate new souvenir programs, launches, and expectations.
- Follow up with field reps to confirm placement and execution of new souvenir items in stores.
- Identify field reps with interest or aptitude in souvenirs who may assist with execution or mentor other reps.
- Identify locations where unique or customized souvenir items (e.g., challenge coins, plush, keychains) are appropriate based on store profile and customer demand.
- Proactively recommend opportunities to expand or enhance souvenir assortments to drive incremental sales.
- Collaborate with the Sales Directors Administrative Assistant and the SBT Resource Manager to update the souvenir survey and communicate key initiatives to the field team via monthly newsletters or other internal publications.
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Director.
The ideal candidate for this position has 2+ year merchandising experience with SBT programs, exhibiting continuous sales growth, excellent communication and relationship building.
