Spray Painter​/Parts Washer - 2nd Shift - MB Attachments

Spray Painters/Parts Washer are responsible for spray painting surface maintenance parts.

• Stirs or shakes coating liquid to mix solution to specified consistency, then pours coating liquid into spray container and connects gun to air hose.
• Turns sprayer valves and nozzle to regulate width and pressure of spray and pulls trigger and directs spray onto work surface to apply prime or finish coat.
• Inspects product before, during, after paint process to ensure specifications are met.
• Cleans spraying equipment with applicable solvent.

• Ability to transport, move or guide parts, subassemblies, or assemblies before, during, or after paint process and to next operation which may include moving racks or carts by hand and the use of material handling equipment such as a forklift or overhead crane.
• Able to enter information into established computer system, production records, logs, time clock, and other forms.
