Wilmington Manufacturing Technician

Technician (1 full-time positions available)

Fast growing and employee friendly company, with an exciting opportunity for Technician in our Wilmington, DE office.

We are seeking a candidate who wants to work in a friendly and safe environment.

• Fabricates, including but not limited to, lay-ups and lamination, molding, shaping/forming, assembly, and static bench alignment.
• Quality checks on materials, required procedures and completed work by ensuring accuracy of fit, operation, durability and cosmetic appearance of prosthetics and orthoses fabricated or repaired.
• Completes assigned work for device delivery per company standards
• Determines the prosthetic needs of the patient by interpreting data and measurements provided by the clinician.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
• Create effective relationships with staff and customers
• Helps assure internal and external customer responsiveness
• Always adheres to Employee Handbook, Infection Control Policies and Procedures, applicable protocols and standards including ABC, BOC, and JCAHO
• Participates in projects as needed
• Completes other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma
