Job Title
Quality Control Inspector $20 per Hour
Pay & Shift- Pay: $20/hour
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Interface with Engineering/Production
- Assess and prioritize inspection tasks based on production requirements.
- Effectively report quality issues and trends to Engineering.
- Quality Inspection
- Inspect products and components for compliance with internal quality standards and relevant regulations.
- Operate common inspection tools (digital calipers, gages, micrometers).
- Record and report inspection results; address and communicate non-conformities.
- Train Jr. inspectors according to established protocols.
- In-Process Inspection
- Monitor production line and processes, performing regular quality checks.
- Identify and address potential quality issues during manufacturing.
- Electronic Testing
- Conduct electrical and functional tests on capacitor assemblies/banks (capacitance, ESR, DCL).
- Use test equipment to evaluate and troubleshoot product functionality.
- Document test procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Metrology and Calibration
- Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments.
- Perform routine checks for measurement accuracy.
- Document all calibration and maintenance activities.
- 3–5 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- General knowledge of inspection processes and manufacturing procedures.
- Experience working under ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards.
- Familiarity with microscopes, micrometers, and calipers.
