CAR-FRESHNER is seeking a Plant Manager for its DeWitt, IA manufacturing site. The non-union facility employs about 150 employees across two shifts and coordinates with CAR-FRESHNER headquarters in Watertown, NY.
In this role you will oversee day-to-day production, ensure products are manufactured to specifications, supervise the plant team, and drive equipment upgrades and process improvements. You will also forecast staffing needs and partner with HR on hiring and performance development.
