Proposal Manager

Description

* Research, write, and edit high-quality marketing proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and project management, to gather information and insights for proposal development.

* Develop and maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and other resources to streamline the proposal process.

* Ensure all proposals are consistent with the company's branding, messaging, and style guidelines.

* Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in marketing and proposal writing.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

* 3-5 years of experience in marketing proposal writing or a similar role.

* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing proposals and related writing samples.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (ideally InDesign and Photoshop)

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, RI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
