Position: PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
Specific Responsibilities

Direct the production of print and digital publications, e-newsletters, websites, and related media products.
Maintain a high visual standard across publications, advertising, websites, marketing materials, and digital products.
Develop and execute editorial visual concepts and oversee publication design and pagination.
Coordinate production workflows and ensure timely completion of print and digital content, advertising, newsletters, and website updates.
Manage communication with printers and third-party vendors to obtain quotes, schedule production, and ensure on-time, error-free delivery of products.
Design, develop, and prepare advertisements, marketing collateral, promotional materials, and other creative assets for clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all print and digital advertising, artwork, graphics, and content meet company, client, and vendor specifications.
Oversee website advertising, digital content placement, email newsletters, and related electronic products to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Maintain and organize shared electronic files, archives, and production systems using consistent filing and naming conventions.
Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment, hardware, software, and related technology resources with vendor assistance when necessary.
Manage inventory and ordering of production-related equipment and supplies.
Stay current with emerging technologies, software platforms, and production best practices.
Assist with the maintenance of computer hardware and software registrations and related technology records.
Recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise production personnel.
Foster collaboration, teamwork, and effective communication within the department and across the organization.
Collaborate with leadership and other departments to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support organizational goals.
Participate in the Great Game of Business and support company initiatives.
Adhere to all company safety standards, including general workplace safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance requirements.
