Advance College fundraising efforts by fostering a culture of donor-focused stewardship and volunteer engagement opportunities for alumni, College benefactors, members of the faculty, campus partners, and other constituents, with particular focus on the direction and management of several leadership advisory councils.
Duties and Responsibilities- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required
- Five to seven years' experience in progressively responsible positions within constituent or alumni relations, volunteer development, stewardship, or fundraising, and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and decision‑making skills
- Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office applications, database systems, and social media as communication tools
- Availability for frequent evening and weekend work and occasional travel
- Valid driver's license
- Sitting in a normal seated position for extended periods of time
- Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction
- Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(s) or arm(s), for example, using a keyboard
- Communication skills using the spoken word
- Ability to see within normal parameters
- Ability to hear within normal range
- Ability to move about
