We are seeking Registered Nurses to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to Military Service members. The role primarily involves weekend work, with occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Rhode Island, on an "as needed" basis.
Our services support the health readiness of military personnel to maintain a deployable force, including members of the U.S. Army Reserve, Army National Guard, U.S. Navy Reserve, Marine Forces Reserve, Coast Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Reserve.
Responsibilities:- Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
- Review health histories, medical records, and questionnaires.
- Interview service members to identify current and past medical concerns.
- Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health issues.
- Document findings accurately in the proprietary system.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- CPR and BLS certifications.
- At least 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience.
- Unrestricted nursing license in the U.S.
- Resilience to handle high-stress situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented attitude.
