- 28‑hour inpatient position; two 14‑hour overnight shifts a week (5:30 pm – 7:30 am, shared rotation of holiday and weekend coverage)
- Part‑time midwives are also eligible for per‑diem shifts
- Midwifery group manages 100‑120 births a month
