We are hiring experienced Adult Nurse Practitioners to manage a patient panel of patients age 21+. The Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) is a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center with 8 outpatient primary care clinics and has been serving the residents of Providence, Rhode Island since 1968.

WORK‑LIFE BALANCE:Full-time is 4 clinic weekdays plus remote admin time. No weekends.

COLLABORATION:Each of our primary care clinics has a team of providers including Nurse Practitioners, Family Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, Ob‑Gyns, CNMs, Behavioral Health counselors and access to clinical Pharmacists.

STAFF SUPPORT:Each primary care clinician leads a team including an RN and medical assistant.

IN‑HOUSE REFERRALS:Our specialty clinics include optometry, podiatry, dental, rheumatology, and asthma‑allergy.

Qualifications:

• Adult Nurse Practitioner with 3+ years’ experience as primary care provider
  .
• Medical License in Rhode Island
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
