The Providence Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN for part-time call center triage in Providence, RI. You will triage patient calls, assess needs using protocols, and coordinate with providers to arrange care.
Ideal candidates hold Rhode Island RN licensure, have 5+ years in ER/urgent care, and can communicate effectively, including Spanish speakers. Community health experience is a plus;
Bachelor's degree preferred. On-site role.
