Pet Care Specialist for Dog Walking / Pet Sitting Company - Providence, RI
Furry Fellas Pet Service LLC is hiring an experienced pet care professional. We offer dog walking and pet sitting services for dogs, cats, and other small animals.
About You- You love dogs and/or cats, enjoy the outdoors, and have a strong passion for animal care.
- Have experience with dogs of various sizes and energy levels, and/or cats or other small animals.
- Own reliable transportation, have a smartphone, work independently, and have good communication/customer‑service skills.
- Seek part‑time work or supplemental income and want to make a daily difference.

Available 1–2 hours during at least two of our four time windows:
- Morning: 6–10 am
- Afternoon: 11–3 pm
- Evening: 4–6 pm
- Night: 7–9 pm
Preferred candidates can work Monday‑Friday or weekends, with at least one full shift per day.
Duties- Visit client homes to care for their pets while owners are working or traveling.
- Walk, exercise dogs, provide bathroom breaks, give love and attention; may also feed, medicate, provide fresh water, clean up, and maintain litter boxes.
- Leave a brief note after each visit summarizing pet status.
Paid per visit based on length and mileage, with tips:
- $9 per 15 min visit
- $10 per 30 min visit
- $10.50 per 30 min visit (additional)
- $12–13.50 per 45 min visit (experience‑dependent)
- $16–18 per hour for 60 min visits (experience‑dependent)
Travel radius up to 10–15 minutes normally; select preferred ZIP codes.
